Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
  • We offer worldwide shipping and use Canada Post & UPS to deliver orders to your doorstep.
  • All orders placed before 6PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) are processed and shipped out on the same day with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and Canadian statutory holidays.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and depend on the order size and service selected.
  • Standard shipping times are approximate and as follows:

      • The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:

        • Two business days for local mail.
        • Three business days within the province.
        • Four days for national mail.
      • The delivery standard for regular mail sent from Canada to the U.S.A. is four to six business days.
      • The delivery standard for mail sent from Canada to another country (except the U.S.A.) is four to seven business days.
  • You can track your orders by logging in to “My Account” and clicking on “Orders” to view the status.
  • Free standard shipping is offered in Canada for orders over $60CAD.
  • Free express shipping is offered in Canada for orders over $100CAD.
  • Free standard shipping is offered in U.S.A. for orders over $45USD.
