What are Terra Bites?

Terra Bites™ are artisan energy bites, made with natural, high quality, wholesome ingredients that are good for your body and are ridiculously delicious. They are nutrient-dense and made without preservatives and artificial flavours.

What are Cookie Crumbles?

Cookie Crumbles ™ are vegan and gluten-free artisan energy cookies that taste better than your favorite chocolate chip cookie and are handcrafted from only 4 main healthy ingredients.

Do all your products come in a resealable stand up pouch?

Yes, they absolutely do because we understand the importance of versatile packaging. Our stand up pouches maintain freshness and allow you to enjoy your Bio Peak Nutrition products in one sitting or over multiple sessions.

What is a Brownie Bombshell?

Our Brownie Bombshells ™ artisan keto bites are a hybrid between a fat bomb and a brownie bite. They are keto, vegan and gluten-free. Just like all Bio Peak Nutrition products, they do not contain, artificial colours or flavors, trans fats or palm oil.

Do you offer vegan and gluten-free products?

Yes absolutely! Check out the best gluten-free dark chocolate chip cookie (you won’t believe the healthy ingredients!) Cookie Crumbles™ or try out our first ever keto and gluten-free product that is also vegan- Brownie Bombshells™, it's sure to knock you off your feet!

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our energy bites, keto bombs and energy cookies expire in 4 months. The freshness of our products is very important to us, which is why we use re-sealable packaging and strive to get our artisan energy products to our customers as soon as they are prepared in our kitchen. We also do not use fillers or preservatives – we want you to just simply enjoy the freshness and health benefits of our natural products.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship globally. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional information.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship out orders on the same day (if possible), or the next business day if the order is placed on a weekend or Canadian statutory holiday.

What is your refund policy?

Refund requests made within 15 calendar days will be processed hassle-free. For additional information on refunds, please visit our Refund Policy.

Why is the cancellation window for an order only 3 hours?

We allow a 3-hour window for order cancellations because your order will be prepared for shipment within that timeframe. This policy applies to orders placed on any calendar day.

Some of the elements on your packaging are not easy to read. Why is that?

We recognize that there are some shortcomings on our packaging that we are currently working on correcting (as they say, to err is human!). This has no impact on the accuracy of information, exceptional taste or quality of our products. If you have any questions, please reach out to us here.

Where do you source your raw foods from?

Every single one of our products is proudly handcrafted in Canada and made with care and quality. We use ingredients that are sourced by local enterprises so that we continue to support Canadian businesses such as ours. For additional information on our raw ingredients, visit the “About Us” page.

What is Gianduja?

Gianduja (pronounced Jan-doo-yah) is a creamy Italian confection made of hazelnut paste and chocolate. It’s not just a simple hazelnut spread, it’s a lot denser and does not contain any palm oil or preservatives. Our Hazelnut Heaven flavour is enrobed in a gianduja made of 70% dark chocolate and 30% hazelnut paste.

Do you have any new and upcoming products?

Yes, we will soon be launching new mouth watering flavours for our Terra Bites™ artisan energy bites, such as white chocolate raspberry and apple cinnamon. Limited edition flavours will also be launched in the near future.

We’re also creating a new line of superfood vegan bites as well as vegan and keto-friendly chocolate with some exciting flavours! Stay tuned!

Do you offer your snacks in gift boxes?

Not yet, but we will soon offer Terra Bites™ artisan energy bites and Astro Bites™ artisan superfood bites in elegant gift boxes so you could share some wholesome goodness with all your loved ones on special occasions.

Do you offer a variety pack?

No, we do not currently offer variety packs, but we plan on offering them in the near future.
